Comments about Powell Furniture Natural Cherry Jewelry Armoire:
This chest was not nearly the quality I was expecting. There are many small flaws which might not bother some but do bother me. The bottom fascia piece is not aligned properly with the chest. There are many nicks in the wood that were repaired poorly. The staining was not uniform. After I repaired as many flaws as possible and polished the wood it now looks acceptable. I expected much better workmanship for the price of this chest. On the plus side it holds a great deal of jewelry and I am happy with its use.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery man was fantastic. I was his last delivery of the day. He helped me carry the chest upstairs and opened it for me so we could see what shape it was in. I notice all the flaws I mentioned but decided to keep the chest since it was the only one I could find that had the look I wanted.
